Zenxel Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Zenxel (“App”) is provided by Lumenfield Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Zenxel.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use Zenxel. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors. Apple ID authentication governs access and purchases.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Zenxel offers optional auto-renewing plans managed by Apple. Charges post to the payment method linked to your Apple ID.
You can cancel or modify your plan via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
We do not issue refunds for billing handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support for billing disputes.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of artwork created in Zenxel but grant us a non-exclusive license to display anonymized images only if you explicitly opt in.
Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, hateful, infringing, or violates community guidelines. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.
You are responsible for backing up your creations if you delete the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All Zenxel trademarks, prompts, UI elements, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of Zenxel is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the data we collect and how it is used. By using Zenxel you consent to those practices.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Zenxel is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so they may not apply to you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use Zenxel in a fraudulent or harmful manner. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore unless prohibited by local law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms when features change or to comply with law. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or on this page.
